  Satellite dish must be less than 42", and installed on rear of home only
  Only one detached garage per lot
  Detached garage not to exceed 2/3 sq. ft. of home
  Detached garage exterior to match house
  Outbuilding or garage only, not both
  Pipeline easement to remain unimproved - no grading, landscaping or planting
  Grass height not to exceed 8 inches
  Mailbox must be approved by association
  Most lots to have 100 ft building setback
